Did TITXF issue shares? Why is the Chinese deal being viewed as a negative by the market? Stock hit $0.91 today, lower than where the stock was at $1.03 when the Chinese deal was announced? TITXF burning shareholders again. No transparency. Incompetent management. TITXF is Not investable.
