Not entirely true about RadioShack KERPs. RadioShack KERPS were submitted to the bankruptcy court and granted by the bankruptcy court. If the KERPs were given by RadioShack prior to the bankruptcy filing, then they could be taken back by the bankruptcy court and given to debtors. Also, RadioShack filed BK after posting losses 11 straight quarters. PGN is net income positive with a lot of cash. I just believe the company is about to buy back a ton of debt now that HEROQ is gone essentially.
