MIR- SL, I'm losing more and more interest in MIR each day to be honest with you. MIR isn't playing hardball in these negotiations as a preference - they have to because they don't have a lot to negotiate with. I have mentioned before, I hold shares but only for a covered call play. I think the financing will work out for MIR but I also think the share price represents a good chance of that already. I also don't think that currently, earnings don't justify enough of a higher price for risk that is involved. I think that is things are good there will be enough time to go long and capture most of the move.
