Magna and Asher are not even relevant now. Brent wrote in the filings pertaining to the RS that it's sole purpose was to facilitate the issuance of shares. I've posted that filing many times and even color coded and highlighted the important parts. In light of that, it's odd that Magna and Asher are still being brought up. It's almost as if people don't read filings.
