PFE+AGN Political Hot Potato (Corp. Tax Inversion deals)

It's the largest whale of Drug M&A (PFE) swallowing another whale of an acquirer nwely named Allergan (Actavis). One of the issues that is a political hot potato: Corporate Tax Inversion may put it AGAIN front and center stage with ALL the US companies overseas earnings predominate over that of US (ie AAPL!) due to onerous US Corp Tax Rate and Codes (ie. onerous penalty to repatriate overseas earnings back to US) making many industries noncompetitive with their foreign peers domiciled in low tax havens along with strong dollar in last year.
