Of course, they could love DM, but I doubt it.

One more thing to note. A bunch of you guys were telling us how easy it should have been for them to refi last year. Do you think a lender would have been happy with that loan when it took them a full year to book revenue from all these sales? But lets forget about that and speak as if we know the situation 100% today.
