If they are well versed in the ups and downs of penny stocks then by all means fire away. If they are new to the stock world and don't know an ask from a bid then I would never suggest a penny stock or any stock for that matter. Just brings too many headaches with it. I don't need 40 phone calls with panicking people asking me what happened today.
