Just to follow-up in my previous post:

I think the most likely outcome of the tox disclosures is that not all that much changes, in which case folks might do just fine with the stock. But against this, I see the chance of a really bad outcome significantly increased. I have no idea if the chances of such a bad outcome are 1% or 5% or 10% - we might know more if further details are published. But bottom line is that I see the risk profile as being significantly increased.
