Funny, cause I am still in touch with PS. Everytime you make a post speaking on their behalf or even mentioning their name, I forward your post, as they requested I do many, many months ago....and oddly enough, just this morning, PS told me yet again that they do not know of any PS employee posting on message boards and anybody speaking on their behalf is comitting a felony and they also said NO, when I asked if the below reason was why PS restored the quotes!!

They also reiterated that they would never say or imply a ceo is a fraud or a company is a scam..they use standard disclaimers if they feel action is warranted, but they do NOT express opinions and went on to say anybody saying that PS is saying bla bla bla, when they are NOT, may wish to seek out a good lawyer, as PS is not going to sit idly by allowing message board posters to speak on their behalf, harming their name, as she put it.....

You do NOT work for PS and this statement is you, yet again, speaking on their behalf and posting a flat out lie...ANYBODY can call PS and ask if this is the reason...they will LAUGH!!

<<it was resolved by the fact that PLNI had to admit it is being looked at by the SEC.

That is what allowed Pink sheets to give in...
