This merger definitely looks legit, the million dollar question is how much are they willing to leave on the table for the little guys like us after all the Rontan shares are issued and all the toxic notes are sold into the float. Second question is when will the toxic notes be cleaned out. Anyone who knows those two answers can price this out properly and make an absolute fortune.
