No way, ERBB WILL NEVER BE SHUT DOWN. LOL!! A few false complaints about ERBB isn't going to breach the interest of the very busy SEC. They will see through the BS immediately and most likely won't even contact ERBB. They will however contact the complainants to inquire what interest said complainants have in these false complaints. In fact, the SEC may just see slanderous and misrepresented accusations from misunderstood safe harbor and ongoing concerns.

ERBB will do just fine.
