How could you make such a statement when the very letter YOU posted showed very clearly that "Safe Harbor" was on WMI management's radar since 2005? Anyone who read it could only come to one plausible conclusion based on the suggestions put forth by WMI's team, and that was they were putting contingencies in place for what eventually took place in 2008.
