It is fair to be critical, but to continuously do so over and over without offering even a semblance of an alternate plan of attack is not at all fair IMHO.<<<<

yes, that's true, but don't too be too hard on critics - they are the life-blood of social and economic forces, it's the forces of counterbalance in the US govt, between the president, the congress, and the supreme court,

nobody is above reproach,

otherwise, we would all be marxists about now -s-
