You are absolutely correct, this company has followed thru with everything they have prd, and of course they are going to release the 8k on time. The problem is, the stock is down 67% since sept 20th, the Monday after launch. Even after hitting number one in Amazon, and receiving 5 million dollars.
I certainly do not understand this, this company is by far in way better shape than ii has ever been, ever, ant yet the stock tanks. Somebody is selling massive amounts of shares, my best guess is that it is the old 800k note that's converting, that would explain it.
I'm hoping the 8k will finally put to rest the cd issue and explain what's been paid and what's left to convert. Current share holders live in fear of the dreaded unexpected r/s that might come out of no where, tanking the stock further and freezing all longs out of trading for at least a month like it did the last time.
This stock still has a chance to take off with the right kind of news, remember the big UA deal? Something like that and all bets are off, this stock sky rockets overnight! That or a big retail deal.
