Nice review article. It is a reminder of Brilacidin's success in the clinical trials and the possible multiple indications for CTIX's defensin mimetic HDPs.

It also underscores the importance of CTIX's future pipeline of defensin mimetics. Preclinical studies have shown activity against Gram neg bacteria including multiple drug resistant Klebsiella, Canida albicans, drug resistant TB and malaria.
