It is the old ZBB stock, but they are doing a partial merger with a huge solar power plant utility like firm to deploy the Zinc Bromide Batteries with the other firms solar farms!!! Very cloudy stock status with the partial merger, JV, share swap (partial) who knows what details, makes it hard to figure who has earnings, and why and who might sell shares and when, but worth keeping a close eye on.
