That makes no sense.

If you use my rule of thumb, any day means in three to four weeks.

"Any day" means any day. It does not mean "three to four weeks."

Words have meaning. If you chose to ascribe totally different meanings to those words... well that's cool, for YOU. It has absolutely zero bearing on reality, however.

Why would anyone use your "rule of thumb" over the plain English meaning of the words Jerry used? He clearly said the audit would be released "in the summer."

Nobody would agree that "in the summer" means the same as "by the end of 2015."

I'm really not interested in anyone's "rule of thumb." I'm interested in what Jerry says in official PRs, what those words mean in common English, and what Jerry says to shareholders at official company meetings - while looking them in the eye and giving a firm handshake.

I'm interested in the well documented history of Jerry repeatedly LYING about providing audited financials.

Everyone's "Rule of Thumb" has to be checked against reality. Jerry promised the audited financials "IN THE SUMMER."

He lied.

It's not any more complicated than that.
