WTL - While I disagree with you (and probably most here) on the issue of dilution - I believe that you are correct on the impact that Frankfurt will have on share price.

imo, also a very realistic probability, and it might also explain (without all the theories on shorting) why the MM's are holding the pps down and accumulating cheap shares.

Remember, MM's are often bankers/brokers too. If the injection of shares (dilution) that I believe we are experiencing has 'financing' as it's goal, and I believe that it does, those involved have a much better picture of the potential than we are gonna get.
