It would be Nano Mobile not Vantage and since The parent company Nanobeak wants Nano Mobile to succeed because of the prefered shares that they hold they will be getting dividends from VNTH so in order for this to happen the sensor would have to be sold by Vnth and the profits will go to Nanobeak and the share price will go up because of the value and sales of the Nano Mobile sensor. JIMHO
