Fair enough and thanks, but notice how many stats are month to month sequential (when comps like activity or refinancing would be bad) and Y-Y for price (when they are falling now from the spring) Great to have your input and (as noted) I see writedowns coming. Can't wait to see the 10Q from LEN, there's a hint of the writedowns in the 8K but really just glossed over by Pissonme and CNBS 'housing chick O'lick'...
