Actually if you read it carefully, the study is based upon a mere 22 patients, and you seldom if ever get staistically significant reults in such a tiny population.

But nevertheless, the scores of 8.8% v 7.0% and the p value of 0.48 indicates a trend (by the way, it is a p-value of 1.0 that would mean even chances) - the sample size just isn't big enough to indict Increlex here.
