Show me any other ready-to-go, branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) drink that also has arginine and glutamine... the vitamins are cofactors, and need replenishing, particularly after exercise, but to make sure you're not deficient before as well... and you get electrolytes and green tea extract (antioxidant) which has shown potential anticancer capacity... and 80 mg of caffeine...

Go ahead and price out the individual ingredients and what it would cost, not to mention that the available powders aren't very palatable and are gritty/grainy/chalky...

To suggest somebody simply buy all the ingredients individually and then wash them down with their favorite beverage is missing the point completely... This ready-to-go beverage makes the health benefits of these nutritional supplements accessible to many who aren't able to manage what your suggesting... The convenience alone makes it worth every penny...
