If only it were that simple I would love it if that happened .
Your theory if holding long only works if diution is not currently big .If there are to many shares diluted we see a RS right ...or more shares added.not good for long play .This could run like before and Toby pulls a fast one and dilutes right to the bitter end on BS pr stuff and then pops a RS and that is what he did last time .
He only needs to get into new year2016 to get another RS imo and we pay the price .Remember how surprised everyone was at share structure when he announced last RS it was almost maxed out I sold just before and feel lucky.I am not being neg just looking at options here like you I am sure .
We still have not seen any info on the last big loan 1.3 plus mil .and you are right about the loan filing. The 10kfiling had better show all toxic loans to date or we are toast if there are still some we do not see on that filing like last time both are key and if share structure not diluted to bad but then booom yes IMO.
Or sell just before or on news of product possibly going on shevles soon which is what the pr will say or something like that to elude to it like last time.Thayt is why I am hedgeing re TBEv
