What is so entertaining is the fact people are now focusing on how phrases are worded not the fact that $5 million worth of non toxic financing has now been finalized for the company to move forward and the company announced it! Now we know an 8K filing is coming within the prescribed time frame and we know that because the company has always filed the appropriate documents within the prescribed time frames. This filing will be no different. Looking forward to see where the price goes from here! The 10K is due at the end of the month so things will really get interesting then!
