Good post, I learned a lot. So basically the creditor committee has no way to prove this was fraud. Shareholders' only hope rests on less than 2/3 of the class 3 voters accepting the proposal? A rejection would most likely force BPZRQ to change their entire bankruptcy plan. Even a sliver of hope that commons would survive would send this stock up.
