Claiming that ERBB is legit since they haven't been shut down yet is plainly false logic.

I never said that. I have repeatedly stated the FACT that the SEC isn't going to touch ERBB. ERBB hasn't done anything illegal and the SEC will see the 4(?) maybe 6 disgruntled "complaints" and recognize immediately that ERBB has done nothing wrong.
Safe harbor and Ongoing concerns WIN THE DAY ESPECIALLY IN THE PINKS.

There are many penny stocks that have been sitting at .0001 for months/years who were never suspended

AND? WELCOME TO THE PINKS! You must realize HOW MUCH MONEY and how many investors have LOST THEIR SHIRTS trading ALL those penny stocks... RIGHT?

ERBB,who has sky high debt/liabilities/false promises for 10 years (!)

WELCOME TO THE PINK SHEETS. DOES ANYONE CARE WHY OR HOW ERBB RAN TO .11? NO WAY.... I ONLY CARE THAT NONE OF THOSE STOCKS AT .0001 you mentioned have EVER RUN TO .11.... SOMETHING behind ANY stock that runs to .11. And NO ONE is facing the fact that the MJ INDEX CHART and ERBB CHART ARE NEARLY IDENTICAL. When ERBB ran to .11 the MJ INDEX RAN THOUSANDS of a percent also. When ERBB PPS DOVE back to today's levels..... SO DID THE MJ INDEX!! Even a month ago, mid August, when ERBB RAN 100% to .0044/45.... THE MJ INDEX DID ALSO!!! And BOTH have since come back down.

Mad at ERBB or not... the INDEX and ERBB are connected and will stay that way. When the index runs again... SO WILL ERBB.

NOT A CHANCE. Just because a FEW are upset at ERBB... if it hasn't hit trips yet.... I don't think it will... THAT is my opinion.

There are lots of real stocks out there to invest in. Much better than junk like this
