This is ridiculous. They are bringing it down just to let a institution(s) in. No wonder there's so many Naked Shorts. I bet it's the institions buying right now. What a manipulation that is occurring. I wish the Naked Shorts would beging to get a mandatory fine per day. Shorting I don't have a problem with but this is way beyond that.
