SPOKE TO TRANSFER AGENT interesting that they have not been informed (officially) about the dividend - record date or anything. It seems that the company also has not informed the SEC about the dividend, too. So I am perplexed what that means. Since there was no ex dividend date only a record date announced - but not told to T/A can they go back and use the record day of 9/30 and 450 million shares? I am not saying this neg. and or pos. - its just strange and confusing -- does anyone have any idea about facts of what is legal and can happen go forward [can it be that you can buy shares today and still get the dividend because the company didn't do this correctly? just asking)
ALSO, people here are using bad math and incorrect conversion price assumptions - the conversion rate is much lower than folks that posted.
