Hope your right as I have said before even if they do this now, the stock is WORTHLESS or would be in less then two minutes. So why there is so much discussion about this? Like groundhog day here with this, even when they file this (which is highly questionable) it will be a LONG TIME before you will ever be able to move these shares/
