Be aware - if your broker is holding NSS they will skip sending out some proxies because they don't have enough on hand.
Your broker can also take proxies and then pro-rate them when he turns in the vote. Take 200 votes for 100 proxies and distribute the votes by percentage for the 100 real votes. I researched this for another company but do not have the source at hand.
The A/D on the chart from early 2012-eartly 2014 says either dilution or NSS. Since I don't know the stock I can't say which.
