No doubt, Wild Bill, this is a historical situation. The world is looking at energy entirely differently than a decade ago.

I think the majority of the world knows which energy directions to take for the future, but it will take time for the feet to catch up to the head, or maybe more accurately, catching up to the wallet.

In the end, these energy problems will have to be solved, and CPST is still part of the solution, imo.
