Oh dear lord. The point of a material event filed under OTC Markets "Filings & Disclosures" section serves as what an 8K would to an SEC filer. TDEY cannot file an 8K because it does not have Edgar Registration, nor can it file a manual 8K because the option does not exist for a non-SEC filer.

Once again, the company did exactly what they said they were going to do.
