Behind in science, obviously implied. You could be a billionaire, but when you're trying to sell a newly invented typewriter in the computer age, no one's gonna buy it. Plus, this therapy they're working on MIGHT provide treatment for all afflicted with Leber's Congenital Amaurosis....all 3,500 of them worldwide. Good luck with that huge market.
