Not if you happen to be a SDIG shareholder.

Chapter 7 is straight liquidation. Since Station Digital has $78K of assets and owes $11.6M, the shareholders get nothing. And then the shares drop to $0.0001 and stay there at No Bid until the SEC decides to revoke the stock.

Not a pretty scenario.
