I believe the cells are provided by Ballard Power (doing a fair amount of business through their Chinese partners) . The Hydrogen infrastructure is probably all in country companies.

I don't think Andy is wanting to be distracted by the hydrogen infrastructure needs of any market that isn't on his target list. Shame really as they could be some nice consultancy revenues to bring in, but he would be doing it for US public highway groups - like the california one - first not the chinese!

I do hope there is some for of international standard for the dispensing nozzle technology (like the electric cars seem to have got a standard connector) that would allow a little bit more freedom to deploy in new areas for both the H2 supply and the Fuel cell.
