"Can't be retail"
The trades were during trading hours to retail, the broker then buys all of the shares from the seller in one single purchase minus the 1.5% Block Position fee and posts to report the "Net Trade" - see screenshot below of Friday's trading with the "Avg" modifier noted beside the trade with the fee deducted. These weighted average trade transactions are common and are the sign of dilution. VFIN is a known diluter and has been sitting on the ask displaying "10,000" shares ever since the MRIB OS was increased again, this time by approximately 62 Million shares.
