I am suprised why other shareholder's are calling you since I had removed your name and contact as the IR. Please give them my phone # so you don't have tod eal with them anymore.

So far, I think Gary has sent those shareholders and explanation that this particular conversion is new to DTC and NASD. They are working hard to iron out the smoothness of the buy back. This doesn't happen overnight as more legal paperworks has to be on file. So far I had other brokerage calling the company and Pearl Asian is working side by side with the DTC, NASD & Transfer Agent. I hope this will be completed next week. Should they have any question, please have them call me directly at 650-814-3268 or 866-732-7888.. I need to hear directly from them what the actual issue and concern.
