Tina Marie: Funny you should google DVD theft by post employees there is a long list of people caught as well as many that were charged in thefts. Its not rare its just obvious that you're bias. People steal it happens all the time and its nothing new. My postal devery guy is an ass just last week he dropped my mail in a puddle an devered my mail soaking wet with no note. Its not kids because things they would want (packages delivered) sit outside my house all the time all day long. I've never had any problems with mail until I moved to my current house.
