Just wondering if you have had a chance to think about my question concerning the transfer of the non transferable exclusive license?

Here's what has me scratching my head. An analogy. Let's say you gave me permission --- a license --- to stay in your house while you were on vacation, provided only I rented it. Would it surprise you to discover that I had mortgaged the house and foreclosed when you came home?
