First of all thank you for your response as it pertains to Dimension's financial strength. Obviously you and Jay are talking with someone that you think is in the know. I haven't heard anything about Dimension's financial status and don't know if I'd listen to someone that's not on the BOD of Dimension.
I know Panik is/was a man of wealth. I saw his home in Anaheim Hills and it wasn't in the cheap section. He then sold his dental practice and custom built and sold a home in Hawaii. I know that there are shareholders in Dimension and I'm sure there's a few heavy hitters in there as well.
I wouldn't be too quick to keep forking money out to TMMI either. TMMI has lived the past four years on private placements and we know Stan Ford is taking a big chunk of cash for administration and codec development. Add on the lawsuit wherein we've spent well over a million dollars and it's time to bring this to a close. That is....unless the PP people have nothing else to do with their wealth. I wonder how those $.15 and $.10 PP investors feel when they see the same shares being offered at $.05?
You guys think this is a slam dunk. Evidently all of you that supposedly have read the documents just dozed over the Ventura County 2002 case wherein it was determined that DFMI had all rights to the codec....not Simpson or TMMI.
