Okay. I think I'm following. But a question --- and this is going to sound sarcastic, but it's sincere --- when your attorney friend reviewed the case and said there was a 1 in 4 chance of losing did he mention anything specific, i.e. an assumption that everything turns on?

I'm also of course still wondering if your friend's opinion was based on a review of HP's answer? No one seems to have seen it, yet it's said to be crucial.
