Agent1107: I was too (getting them pretty quick). If folks remember, I was always one coming to their defense in that regard. It's all of a sudden and now two in a row. Their customer service (response) was pretty piss poor as well, to be honest w/ ya.
Took three times emailing them and 10 days to get it resolved. AND, they didn't even answer one of my questions about titles I've had "On Order" for literally, three months now. I'm patient, but now it's getting ridiculous w/ those.
The first email to them they barely acknowledged at all. My only response was, "Updated", w/ no solution given. I replied to that and they then "Closed" the issue w/o answering. My second email to them was a repeat of the first w/ telling them they "Closed" it w/ not only NOT providing a solution but w/o even bothering to acknowledge the questions/concerns. After a day of not even getting an email stating they received the question/concern, I replied to it (updated it) after seeing that the same "agent" simply responded w/ NOTHING again, only had the time/date stamp of "Updated". I was getting angry at that point.
I then wrote another question/concern about the same thing(s), wording it slightly differnent (subject line as well)...THREE DAYS LATER after PATIENTLY waiting for SOME response and/or solution. I was pissed at this point.
Well, that one I got an instant email response saying they received it, yada yada yada. They finally removed the movie(s) from my que (for some reason the same movie that never arrived was in my sent pile twice), replaced it back in my "que" (or so I thought - more on that...) and for my troubles, gave me a month free.
OK, bad experience but they made up for it. Only problem now was that when they put the movie back in my que it wasn't in my que but in the "On Order" list. WHAT!?!?!?
Ticked off, I deleted it and re-ordered a single version (it was one of those double DVD sets) of one of the two DVD's. It showed up in my que just fine.
But, now this! No movie arrived after two weeks...AGAIN! WHAT!?!?!?
The second DVD in my que was shipped on Wednesday but at this rate, I'm not too hopeful it'll arrive.
I'm kinda wondering if they are just totally oaffing or if somebody at the post office is stealing it or if they're delivering it for some reason to a wrong address and those folks are keeping the movie. It just really boggles my mind.
Or, are they getting hammered that hard w/ the new stores opening up that their workers at the Colorado DC just not able to handle the pressure? If so, maybe they need to slow down the rollout and give them time to get their act together. I really just don't know and can't explain it.
Almost seven months of great service and customer service shot to h*ll in one month.
I'll give them another month or so to straighten this out then, I hate to even think it, but...it's off the NetFlix I go. My family and I WERE really enjoying the twice a week movies (two out plan - we staggered them).
