The problem with sending an email in Russian language to Energomash is that my keyboard is not set up to transmit in Russian alphabet.

Many of their letters are backward facing from ours. And some letters are totally different.

I tried to get a translation for my statement to them, and I now see that the letters are not compatible with an American keyboard.
