There are over 2 billion outstanding now (pre reverse split number) and still nothing positive has been done for shareholders... They have been busy pumping and dumping and fighting over control with PQ and others.

And for them to raise money, continue to pay insiders and purchase another business will cost hundreds of millions of ADDITIONAL shares.

Time and time again the fairytale predictions prove false... but nooo, it was going to be so different this time around. Parliament was the great savior!

Cant wait to hear how great the next worthless CEO is going to be... right before he has no choice but to dilute the crap out of everyone, again. lol
