Even if it was BH, and I have no idea who the seller is, wouldn't he be deserving? I mean, he actually did the work, created the technology, wrote the software, and rescued the company again from nothingness, and if he's selling it to the company for shares then I don't see a problem with selling those shares. There was actual work and risk that had to go into that VR experience. I'm a capitalist, call me crazy, but I think people should get paid for their work.
