That is definitely a possibility but the PPS is definitely not any sort of indicator for it.

I know company stock prices do increase in short span; however, PPHM has been in a run for a fairly long time. It would take a perfect storm type of event to get to where you are speaking of.

I still wholeheartedly believe that a monetary partnership with a BP would have been better than what the company has been doing the past few years.
