Serf - I'm only guessing that there won't be a cert recall, but to me it sounds like it.

Without a cert recall, shorts will make the mm's drive the pps down until they can cover.

When that happens, its game over. NASD is happy, SEC, MM's and major trading houses are all happy.

Everyone is happy... right?
