"Forget the past"..... Of course, that's what EVERY SCAM COMPANY wants investors to do. 
That's because the past PROVES that they LIED to investors OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again!
They can and DO tell all the LIES and MISREPRESENTATIONS to investors that they want in their "Forward looking statements". When they later turn out to be LIES.... Well, heck, "it's in the past" so it should be "forgotten".
Nah! Those who "forget the past" are doomed to repeat it, or LOSE their hard earned money in the case of investing.
