With 20 BILLION shares Ron should be able to eliminate the middle man and just sell enough shares to cover the expense of construction.
That's how a real company would do it. All it should take is the assurance that the company can sell its electricity and prosper.
Too bad that Ron can't, or won't, get anyone to sign PPAs. Everything hinges on commitment. Ron seems unwilling to sign anything that is actually binding.
Selling inexpensive electricity simply cannot be an insurmountable obstacle.
Didn't Ron hire a "consultant" for help getting PPAs with the DOD? He may turn out to be a key witness in the eventual fraud case that Ron is likely to find himself in. I seriously doubt that Ron actually had him do anything. Perhaps he was fictitious. It was just another attempt to pump the PPS.
