You don't leave a 160 billion dollar company with benefits to set you the rest of your life to go work for Mickey mouses 200 million dollar company unless you have a guarantee.

Plain and simple it's not about being paid 50k more a year to come work for our potential one drug blockbuster company and by the way we trade at 1/share.

There is a deal in play imo.
